Staff were fantastic, room was superb.
The staff went over and above in helping me navigate around the town. So super friendly. The facilities were lovely and lounging in a deep hot bath was an added bonus.

Excellent location and comfortable stay
Modern hotel, excellent location, minutes to many cafes and restaurants, but still quiet and peaceful rooms. Good sized room, comfortable big bed, very good wifi and although limited options it was a good breakfast buffet. Coffee machine in the room. Let us store our baggage before check-in and after checkout. Friendly staff.
Shower - there was hardly any water pressure and the hot water ran out almost immediately despite a thin trickle, although the bathroom is modern, the position of the rain shower in the bath tub is right above the drain in the tub so you almost end up stepping on the drain if you try to get under the shower head.

Very Good
Breakfast (many choices) and position (very central for Miraflores)
Breakfast starts at 6:30 and if you have to leave earlier they only have a coffee station with a couple of toast and jam.
