Brilliant hotel in the heart of miraflores

This hotel had everything and our room was very spacious, we had a great breakfast plus on our checkout day we had to leave for the airport and thought we couldn’t have breakfast but down stairs at reception they had a breakfast you could make and take with you . The hotel is in the very safe area of Miraflores in walking distance to the waterfront restaurants and shopping centre.

Nice boutique hotel

Small, boutique hotel had its charms. The room was large with good light. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was a good size. Staff was friendly and spoke English. Excellent location, near everything in Miraflores.

Lighting in the bathroom was poor. Breakfast offered the same options everyday. I was there 4 days and it never changed.

We very much enjoyed our stay and would return if in Lima

The property was very clean and modern, we loved our stay. I wish I had thought ahead to tip the night receptionist, he was extremely helpful and would always open the door for us and have the elevator ready. We celebrated our anniversary here and the staff all wishes us a happy anniversary and left a note for us.

Great hotel in Miraflores

Location was very good. In Miraflores, which is a safe and relaxing area of Lima. It's near the waterfront and Larcomar mall, which is by the water. Service was professional and friendly. Rooms were nice and clean.

Great location. Friendly staff. Blocks away from Larcomar.

The taxi company used by the hotel is a rip off. We took a taxi van for 6 people to a local restaurant, approximated 9/10 blocks from the hotel and we got charge 60 Soles, an equivalent of $30 You took a local taxi back to the hotel and our surprise that we only paid 5 Soles or $1.50 Private taxi's companies will over charge you just because you are a turist. Take the local taxis.

Great value

Everyone was very polite and the place was clean and great value for the price. I felt very comfortable. I stayed working throughout the day without issues. Internet was very stable.

A couple of times I could hear noise from the next room. They would open the window and the TV was very loud. I think maybe they could have thicker windows, but I didn't complain, because it didnt last long. When I mentioned this to the staff they were very polite and told me to let them know next time so they could ask the other guest to make less noise. In any case in general noise bothers me a lot and this place was extremely quiet, so I would most definitely return.

Great value for money and very comfortable.

Location was perfect, with shops and the sea nearby. Only a 10 minute walk to the main arrears of Miraflores. My room was large, clean and quiet.

I was given a room next to where builders had been working so it smelt of paint etc. as soon as I mentioned this I was given a new room immediately.

Great except breakfast

The rooms were comfortable and the reception desk lady was very helpful as I requested a last minute iron.

The breakfast was expensive and bad, below expectation for a 4* hotel. We arrived both days before the ending time and they were already removing some stuff. both days coffee and milk were not refilled (we had to ask).
